Reg. address: 2 Old Court Mews, 311a Chase Road, N14 6JS London, UK or call directly +44 (0)203 393 3051 . If you want to stay anonymous this will be respected. All complaints and grievances are dealt with confidentially and you will, when not anonymous, receive a reply by phone or by email within two weeks. All complaints are handled with care and appropriate action will be taken.
