Data integrity officer

Job summary

We are seeking a data integrity officer to champion the quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement of data across the Regenagri programme.

As part of our regenerative agriculture team, you will play a key role in ensuring that the data underpinning our certification programme is reliable, consistent, and verified. This position combines data quality assurance with analytical insight; helping identify trends, highlight anomalies, and drive improvements in data processes and programme outcomes.

You will join a dynamic, international team committed to supporting farms and companies around the world in their transition to regenerative agriculture.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets.
  • Register data set into digital data platforms.
  • Develop and maintain data validation procedures and documentation to support programme integrity.
  • Analyse data to identify patterns, discrepancies against science and/or industry statistics.
  • Collaborate with technical and programme teams to enhance data workflows and reporting systems.
  • Implement and oversee data governance frameworks to maintain compliance and transparency.
  • Prepare insightful reports and dashboards that communicate key findings and support decision-making.

Skills and qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies or quality issues.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to identifying solutions and improvements.
  • In-depth understanding of agricultural or environmental data.
  • Previous experience with agricultural GHG (calculations, standards, protocols) will be considered an extra.
  • Previous experience with agricultural certification will be considered an extra.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Strong data management, documentation, and reporting capabilities.

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the agricultural sector or in a role focused on data management, quality assurance, or analysis.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, information management, agriculture, or a related field.
