The table below lists the regenagri certificates that have been terminated or suspended. Certificates may be terminated or suspended for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with the regenagri standards, non-compliance with T&Cs, expiry of the certificates.

Regenagri standards update: stakeholders consultation for the update and release of the following standards is ongoing:

• regenagri Content Standard (supply chain standard)
• regenagri Claims Standard

Interests in participation to the consultation shall be submitted to info@regenagri.org (stating in the subject ‘regenagri standards consultation’) by no later than 15 March 2024.

Misuse of claims

Regenagri may suspend the license Agreement temporarily with immediate effect while a suspicion of breaching the terms of the Agreement or the Regenagri^® standards and principles are being investigated. 

In the case of misuse or suspicious misuse of regenagri claims the regenagri licensed organisation will recieve a written request for clarifications accompanied by a notification of the temporary suspension of the license. The regenagri licensed organisation has two weeks from the date of notification to confirm receipt and provide Regenagri with the required clarifications. The temporary suspension shall remain in effect for a maximum period of one month after the regenagri licensed organisation has provided clarifications. If the misuse is confirmed, the temporary suspension if extended for additional three months, during which the regenagri licensed organisation shall provide Regenagri with confirmation of correcting and preventive measures. Regenagri will review these corrective and preventive actions and will confirm in writing to the regenagri licensed organisation whether the license is reinstated or terminated.
