{"id":1853,"date":"2023-07-13T13:50:25","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T12:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regenagri.org\/?page_id=1853"},"modified":"2026-07-20T14:40:31","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T13:40:31","slug":"theory-of-change","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/regenagri.org\/zh\/theory-of-change\/","title":{"rendered":"\u53d8\u9769\u7406\u8bba"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u53d8\u9769\u7406\u8bba<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Theory of Change (ToC) of Regenagri CIC is driven by key activities such as robust analysis, stakeholders\u2019 consultations, knowledge and learning activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our ToC helps to identify solutions and the approach to tackle the causes of issues such as loss of biodiversity, loss of soil health, climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ToC is periodically reviewed to ensure that its approach is still effective to bring the desired change. Assumptions and risks analysis are also periodically reviewed and, if needed, adjusted to fit within the context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Theory of Change invites stakeholders to collaborate and share knowledge in order to change agriculture and its value chains so that land is regenerated and climate targets are achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/regenagri.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Regenagri-Theory-of-Change-v.1.1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">View Regenagri&#8217;s Theory of Change document<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regenagri CIC implements a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning system to assess the effectiveness of the Regenagri program in achieving its objectives and to measure and validate its impact.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The assessment of the effectiveness is carried out through procedures including, but not limited to, periodical review of Certification Bodies, review of audited data, feedback mechanisms with certified organisation and licensees, benchmarking activities with scientific sources as well as with other standards, stakeholders consultations, periodical analysis of data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regenagri CIC monitors the uptake and the impact of the programme on a continuous basis. This is done through data reviews, validations, and data analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The monitoring of impact and uptake allows Regenagri CIC to assess the achievement of its targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All data supporting the certification are required to be certified by certification bodies holding external accreditations (by national or global accreditation bodies).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This data verification process allows Regenagri CIC to carry out a valid and reliable analysis of the impact and uptake of its standards.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The analysis of data constitutes an important learning opportunity to further improve the regenagri standards and approaches.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Annually, Regenagri CIC carries out a review of the MEL system to ensure its effectiveness.
